The best way in finding an answer to a strategic question is to listen first. From evaluating the maturity level of your L&D organization to developing a holistic qualification strategy to turn your L&D into its very own internal brand, we are here to support.
Design
From a bite-sized learning nugget to a whole curriculum: For every phase of the HR development process we develop your training material. Job role specific and with the Meraki spirit for an engaging and inspiring learning experience that creates lasting and measurable results everyone can benefit from.
Implementation
As experienced teachers and trainers we are able to facilitate your learning events. From instructor-led trainings or coachings to virtual classrooms, we can transfer your own content or ours. Additionally, we can track its success with different kinds of assessments, audits or mystery shopping.

Analysis
To analyze your L&D organization we use an adapted version of the LPI capability map to evaluate the maturity level along several dimensions as a first step to develop a qualification strategy. When analyzing the learnig outcomes and their success, we follow the Kirkpatrick model and the newer Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model.
Development
When designing blended learning material and programs, we use the “flexible” ADDIE model and follow the principles of the Design Thinking process from Stanford University. Learning isn’t limited to just a class room. Therefore we always take informal learning into consideration as well, following the 70:20:10 recommendations.
Integration
The 5E Instructional Model by the BSCS Science Learning supports us when conducting our sessions to achieve a strong foundation of knowledge through active parti-cipation. Additionally, we add our own experience and expertise from higher education and industry to generate further value for our training and learning content.
